Baked Taco Dip | LeMoine Family Kitchen ... Perfectly cheesy, spicy and creamy. This dip is the perfect party food, especially for a football game with friends.

I am so excited to share this post with you today! I have been waiting for 2 months to tell you about this top secret recipe post! This is a Freaky Friday Recipe Swap that I did with 18 of my blogger friends. We all were assigned a blog to cook/bake from and today we are ALL sharing our posts, and who we had! It’s been TOP SECRET and now I finally get to spill the beans and share this AMAZING Baked Taco Dip recipe from my friend Patty over at Cooking on a Budget with all of you.

Baked Taco Dip | LEMoine Family Kitchen ... Perfectly cheesy, spicy and creamy. This dip is the perfect party food, especially for a football game with friends.

I had such a blast browsing through Cooking on a Budget, which happens to be one of my go to foodie blogs, I came across so many tasty recipes like Patty’s Steakhouse Potato Gratin, Apple Strudel and Creamy Broccoli Soup but when I saw this Baked Taco Dip.. I knew this one was a MUST! My family gets pretty excited for Football Sundays and we end up always having lots of picky foods to munch on throughout the day. This Baked Taco Dip is perfection for that and for any party appetizer! The perfect amount of spice, creamy and so cheesy.. this one is a winner my friends and it is so easy to throw together too!

Baked Taco Dip
Author: Angela LeMoine

Ingredients
  • 4 oz. cream cheese - softened
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 8 oz. grated PepperJack cheese
  • 8 oz. Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 - 10 oz. can Rotelle {I used mild Diced Tomato & Green Chilies}
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper {optional}
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl using a hand held mixer combine the softened cream cheese with the can of rotelle.
  3. To that add the taco seasoning, PepperJack and Mexican cheeses, the milk and the cayenne pepper. Mix well to combine.
  4. Spray your casserole {or as I used, a pie dish} with a cooking spray. Add all of the mixture and smooth it out.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until it's all melted and bubbling.
