Hatfield Texas Smokehouse Pork Biscuits
  • 1 Hatfield Texas Smokehouse Roast Pork
  • 2 cans of southern style biscuit
  • your favorite bbq sauce
  • pickle slices
  • cheddar slices
  1. Place the pork roast into the slow cooker and place lid on.
  2. Set to low for 6-7 hours. The internal temperature of the roast should be 200*F.
  3. Turn off slow cooker {or set to keep warm} and let stand for 5 minutes. Then using a couple forks or tongs, shred the pork and toss in all that natural juice.
  4. Bake the biscuits per the package directions.
  5. Serve with pickle slices, sliced cheddar and bbq sauce.
