Veggie Burger with Mozzarella, Arugula & Red Pepper Mayo
  • 4 Count Value Pack MorningStarĀ® Farms Veggie Lovers Burgers
  • 4 kaiser rolls- grilled lightly if you like
  • ½ cup light mayo
  • ½ a marinated roasted bell pepper
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • small palmful of fresh parsley leaves
  • a pinch of salt, a few cracks of black pepper
  • fresh mozzarella slices
  • arugula
  1. Preheat your grill to a medium heat.
  2. In a blender add the mayo, bell pepper, garlic clove, parsley, salt and pepper. Blend for 10-15 seconds until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Grill the frozen MorningStarĀ® Farms Veggie Lovers Burgers for about 8 minutes per side- be sure it doesn't get too hot and burn.
  4. Place some arugula on the bottom bun, top with the veggie burger, a few slices of fresh mozzarella and some of the red pepper mayo.
