Nectarine Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients
  • For the fruit filling:
  • 10 nectarines, sliced
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ stick butter, small dice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • For the crisp topping:
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ¾ cup honey roasted sliced almonds
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter, small dice
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl mix together the nectarines, blueberries, flour, cinnamon and butter. Pour into a buttered 9x13 baking dish.
  3. In another bowl mix together the oats, cinnamon, almonds, brown sugar and butter. Spread evenly over the top of the fruit.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 30 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
