Caramel Apple Cake with Caramel Apple Frosting & Pumpkin Spice Latte M&M'S®
  • 1 bag M&M'S® Pumpkin Spice Latte
  • 1 box Pillsbury® Caramel Apple Cake Mix
  • 1 pkg Pillsbury® Caramel Apple Frosting
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • chocolate sprinkles
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl stir together the cake mix, about a ½ cup of M&M'S®, water, oil and eggs until smooth.
  3. Prepare two round baking pans with a small round of parchment paper at the bottom and a spritz of non stick spray around the inside of the pan.
  4. Divide the cake mix between the two pans and bake for about 12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool slightly in the pan then remove carefully and cool completely on a cooling rack.
  6. Once completely cooled, place one round onto a plate. Frost the top lightly and place the second round on top. Frost the entire cake and decorate the sides with the sprinkles and the top with the M&M'S®.
