Peach Caprese Salad
  • fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • peaches, sliced
  • prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • arugula
  • basil
  • balsamic glaze {I used store bought but you can make your own}
  • salt & pepper
  1. Lay a bed of arugula on the plate.
  2. Platter the fresh mozzarella, prosciutto and peaches how you'd like.
  3. Top the salad with some sliced basil and a little bit of balsamic glaze drizzle.
  4. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
