Asian Beef & Noodles

April 25, 2016 by Angela LeMoine 10 Comments

Asian Beef & Noodles | LeMoine Family Kitchen . A really quick and flavorful Asian inspired dish. Lean ground beef in a simple sauce served over Chinese noodles. Great weeknight dinner!

I had a pound of ground beef in the fridge and was really craving something Asian inspired so I came up with this super easy and quick Asian Beef & Noodles dish. It is pretty darn delicious friends! I love making these types of dishes at home because lets be honest while takeout can be delicious, it is usually so overly salted. A little bonus… you can actually get this made and on the dinner table faster then getting takeout! Yes it is that simple!!

Asian Beef & Noodles | LeMoine Family Kitchen . A really quick and flavorful Asian inspired dish. Lean ground beef in a simple sauce served over Chinese noodles. Great weeknight dinner!

I simply cooked some lean ground beef with a little oil and onions. Once that was cooked most of the way through, sprinkled in a little flour {to help thicken the sauce} then I added the Asian inspired sauce made of soy sauce, sesame oil, fresh garlic, brown sugar, crushed red pepper flakes and a little water. Cook that until the garlic is fragrant and serve over chinese noodles. So yup, a delicious meal thrown together in just 15 minutes, does it get any easier then that!?

I made this tonight. I added portabella mushrooms and napa cabbage to it. Very good. I was worried about the soy sauce making it too salty but it was perfect. Will be making this again.
