Peach Smoothie Bowl

March 24, 2016 by Angela LeMoine 20 Comments

Peach Smoothie Bowl | LeMoine Family Kitchen . Start your morning off STRONG with this power packed smoothie bowl. Healthy & so delicious!

Hello! Its been weeks since I posted a new recipe and I have missed it so much!! Life is getting back to normal after dealing with the scariest time of our lives as parents, seeing your child in the hospital for 9 days! Thank God he is doing really well! Lets get to this beauty- Peach Smoothie Bowl ! A while back my brother Mak and I went to a new local place, Playa Bowls, in Belmar, where they serve up AMAZING smoothie bowls and more. After one bowl, we were hooked so I of course needed to come up with some options to make at home. This Peach Smoothie Bowl is SO GOOD friends!

Have you all had a smoothie bowl yet? They are fun, healthy and delicious! This one is vegan friendly too! The base is simple; peaches, banana and coconut milk blended until smooth. On top I added some toasted slivered almonds, fresh sliced peaches and chia seeds! This Peach Smoothie Bowl is a GREAT way to start your morning and its so easy to throw together. You can definitely expect me to share more of these types of recipes… especially with summer creeping closer and hey I could use to drop a few of those winter pounds before we hit the beach.

I love how pretty smoothie bowls look. I’ve only gone the berry route w/ smoothie bowls, I love the sound of peach. I can’t wait for ripe juicy peaches. Will be making this one.
