October 2, 2012 by Angela LeMoine 2 Comments

Figured while the video is being edited to be presentable to all of you, i’d post Sneak Peek Pics from the Dessert Challenge from LeMoine Family Kitchens’ 1st Dessert Challenge! Just as in the 1st Cooking Challenge (check out the video here!), we had a BLAST!! Who doesn’t love a little friendly competition?!?!

Yes, we are always barefoot in the kitchen, its just how we roll 😉
First a few thanks of course…
Jen, my sister in law for joining in on the fun and being my challenger, love you!
Steve, the hubs, for taking the video and editing (in the works)
Mikey, my brother ( and winner of our cooking challenge) for judging
Natalie, my witty foodie friend, for coming back to judge again
and
Nikki, way back friend and fellow blogger for judging & taking the amazing pics
I will not be filling you in on who won, you’ll just have to come back once the video is posted. I will however let you in on a few details…
The Mystery Ingredients…
White Chocolate
Goat Cheese
Coffee

What I made…
Homemade crepes filled with a goat cheese, strawberry & white chocolate mixture, topped with white chocolate covered strawberries and finished off with a coffee whipped cream!
